A Motorheadbanger must! (2010-07-16) : 4/5
Loved the book, I read a few reviews on it before buying it and they were all true. It was like hanging out in a bar with Lemmy while he told you about his life, It was a great read because it just flowed I really found it hard to put down.
Nothing here was all that shocking except that Lemmy just about experienced every great movement in rock n' roll from the 50's to seeing the Beatles in liverpool, to being a roadie for jimi Hendrix and so on.

A look inside of the mind of Lemmy (2010-05-17) : 5/5
Reading this book allowed you to really see's what is in Lemmy's mind. His thoughts on musicians, Motorhead, women, drugs, record labels, religion, and albums that he has played on is all laid out for all to read. A true must read for any metal music fan.

Words of Wisdom from the Master (2010-04-13) : 5/5
Lemmy is God. He had me laughing out loud repeatedly. A gifted storyteller and one hell of a musician, Lemmy tells the tales of his life of rockstardom. He's been at it for decades and he has collected a wide array of experiences that could keep any reader interested.

Fast reading. For Motorhead lover only, I guess... (2010-02-07) : 4/5
I enjoyed this book a lot. It's a fast reading and the ghost writer did a very good job, in my opinion.

Rock biographies tend to be generically the same (1- hard beginning, 2- slow - or lightning fast - ascencion to the top, 3- Failure and fall down, 4- problems with management, labels, 5- crucial band member changes, etc. 6- in the best scenarios, a revival). Eeven so, Lemmy, being Lemmy, managed to give some kind of twisted approach to his biographym, resulting in a very entertaining book.

Of coures, some people may get annoyed by a man 65 years old still bragging about sex, drugs and rock'n roll.. well, but that's who he is.

Enjoy.

Must Read for Metal Heads (2009-12-08) : 5/5
The way its written makes you feel like Lemmy is in the room telling you about all this, fantastically interesting read.
